These terms govern your use of the Anchored website at anchoredapp.dev and the Anchored iOS app published by Aurora Industries, LLC. By using either, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Site and App

You may use this site and the Anchored app for personal, non-commercial use. You may not attempt to interfere with their operation, reverse engineer the app outside what is permitted by law, scrape the site at volume, or use either to distribute malware.

2. Subscriptions

Anchored Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple's standard refund policy applies.

3. Intellectual Property

The site, the app, their content, and the marks “Anchored” and “Aurora Industries” are owned by Aurora Industries, LLC and may not be used without permission.

4. Disclaimer

The site and app are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Anchored is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for professional mental-health care. Aurora Industries, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or app.
